The Core, Smart and E-commerce plans include free setup (configuration, training and integration on your site). For the Custom plan setup is quoted separately. All plans include ongoing maintenance.

Limits & features

A message is each single answer generated by the chatbot. Visitors' questions are not counted. For example, if a visitor asks 5 questions in a conversation and gets 5 answers, 5 messages are counted.

Every item you load into the chatbot's knowledge base counts as a source: a file (PDF, Word, etc.), a web page, a text snippet or a FAQ. For example, if you load 3 documents, 10 web pages and 5 FAQs, you are using 18 sources.

The chatbot keeps working normally. We notify you and suggest an upgrade if it happens regularly. No surprise charges.

The Core, Smart and E-commerce plans include one chatbot. With the Custom plan you can have one chatbot with several variants: same knowledge base, but different behavior rules to fit different contexts or needs.

Pricing & billing

For the Core, Smart and E-commerce plans no: setup, training on your content and integration on your site are always included. For the Custom plan there may be a setup fee depending on the customizations required: we define it together at quote stage.

You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Downgrading is always possible, but only at annual renewal.

Listed prices are net of VAT. For Italian customers 22% VAT applies. For intra-EU companies with a valid VAT ID we apply the reverse charge regime, so no VAT in the invoice. For non-EU customers the operation is outside the scope of VAT.

Payment is by bank transfer or PayPal. Payment details are provided after signing up for the service.

The invoice is generated automatically and sent by email as a PDF. There is no need to request it. Italian customers can also find it in their personal tax inbox (electronic invoicing).
