Yes. IKIbrain queries the WooCommerce API, so the prices, variants and availability shown in the chat are the real ones from your store. The catalog is synced periodically and, with real-time sync enabled, every product change reaches the assistant instantly.

Yes. With the Orders feature enabled, the assistant can check an order's status and the customer's order history directly in the chat, with no need to dig through emails or log into the account area.

The E-commerce plan, which includes the store connection, catalog sync for up to 2,000 products, product search and recommendations in chat, and order assistance. For larger catalogs or special needs there is the Custom plan.

Yes. The REST API key is stored securely in the IKIbrain dashboard and can be replaced at any time. Real-time sync uses an HMAC signature to validate every request coming from your store.

On the E-commerce plan the assistant recommends products and guides the customer to the product or cart page. On custom plans we can configure actions that start an order directly from the chat, always after the customer's explicit confirmation.
